Down just 5 steps, you’ll find the other living area which walks out to the outdoor porch deck. It is set up as a fun room with a bar area, beverage fridge. TV, Xbox, board games, and a foosball table. The set up of this house makes it really convenient for those with limited mobility. Two smart thermostats control the central air and heat (one for the ground floor, one for the top floor). There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The backyard also offers a gazebo, a Blackstone gas griddle, lounge chairs by the pool, a fire pit, and a corn hole game for added fun. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. Need to do some work or study? There is a work space on the lower level for you to be able to concentrate and get work done! The home is equipped with 2 high chairs, kids’ plates, cups and utensils.
