This 2 bedroom, 2 bath well maintained villa is located in Strathmore Riverside Villas; an active 55+ community with a canal that goes out to the Intracoastal Waterway, the Bay and Gulf. They have over 4,000 feet of seawall to protect them from storms and were built on one of the few stone ledges on Florida's Suncoast, along the Phillippi River in Sarasota, adjacent to a residential area. From the boat basin and canal, you're just a few minutes by boat from the ICW and some of the finest fishing around. A quick drive takes you to Sarasota's most beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches...or to modern marinas. Not only are the beaches close but shopping, theatres, the Ringling Musuem are a quick drive. This villa has been well maintained. In October of 2021 the owners had a Plumbing and Electrical Inspection, and all equipment passed.
