All guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which has a traditional shower/tub combination.  Pool/Lanai/Dock: The home has southern rear exposure providing you all day sunshine to relax by the electric heated pool. A beautiful screened-in lanai allows you to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere with plenty of seating outdoors, an outdoor shower, and a pool bath. Guests also have use of the private boat dock. If you're feeling adventurous, use the two kayaks available to take a ride down the canals. There are even four bicycles available to explore the wonderful neighborhood.
